Designed to complete any catering set-up the Little Ben Gas Potato Oven from Victorian Baking Ovens can be positioned either in a mobile catering trailer or as a freestanding unit in a permanent kitchen. Measuring 1750 (h) x 800 (w) x 970 (d) mm a massive 230 potato capacity is generated, more than able to meet demand. The stainless steel oven cavity can bake up to 150 potatoes at once with a further 80 being held in the warming chamber.

Should you wish to expand on menu range there is no need to purchase additional equipment. The multi purpose Little Ben can also create delicious burgers, pies, sausages and pizzas with the added versatility of operating as a BBQ making it a money earner all year round.
