Delivery Policy
This section covers how Kahuna Huts products are delivered, what to expect from courier deliveries versus personal delivery and installation, and where responsibility lies if something goes wrong in transit. It also explains why ordering in advance, or arranging collection or next-day personal delivery, is the safest option for time-sensitive events.
Delivery of Kahuna Huts Products
All Products will be sent by next day delivery, if problems occur with transport this responsibility will be left with our couriers. We are not to be held accountable if huts or products do not turn up on time. It is always best to order in advance of your event or if the product is needed on a certain date it may be best to collect direct from ourselves.
Personal delivery and installation
We can guarantee to a point and we do endeavour to get to site well before time but things can happen and we are not liable for natural occurrences. Again if the event is a one off and time is of the essence ordering hire a day prior on a personal delivery will guarantee event success!
