Returns Policy
This section sets out the payment, cancellation, and returns terms across all Kahuna Huts services and products. It covers hire bookings (including cancellation charges and deadlines), bespoke manufactured items such as Flatpack and Lockable Kahuna Huts, branding work, and the individual returns policies for our supplied product ranges, Cinders BBQ, Fir Tree, Teal Handwash, and Indespension Trailers. In short: bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable, hire deposits are subject to cancellation charges, and supplied products each have their own return windows, restocking fees, and warranty terms.
Kahuna Huts Hire
Payment is made in advance to book the date in. Cancellations made will incur a 25% charge. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event date will incur the full amount to be paid.
Anything that has been manufactured for the hire is to be paid for or at the managers discretion.
Kahuna Huts
Kahuna Huts are manufactured to order so we do not refund on these items as they are bespoke products.
Kahuna Huts Lockable units are non refundable as they are manufactured to order.
Branding
Branding is paid for in advance and before proofs are designed . No returns are given. A proof will be sent prior to print confirming all sizes and finished artwork. Deliveries by post are not Kahuna Huts responsibility, if post is lost or late it is not Kahuna Huts Ltd. fault and no refunds will be given.
Cinders BBQ Returns Policy – If goods supplied correctly are to be returned, it must be within 5 working days and at your cost. Goods must be unused, without damage and still in original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
Fir Tree Returns Policy
If unit is unused and undamaged there is a restocking fee of £50 Plus return postage. Warranty is 1 year return to base, parts and labour.
Teal Handwash
They provide a two year guarantee (return to factory) in respect of our handwash systems. You must pay the cost of return. We will pay the carriage for the goods to be returned to you in the event that they are genuinely faulty and have not been damaged through misuse.
Indespension Trailers
As these are made to order from the manufacturer no returns are possible. Any repairs, faults or warranty issues will be taken up with Indespension. (Indespension Derby is our supplier but they also have sites nationwide)
