Indian Style street food stand

The front unit was a 3m x 3m XL Big Kahuna hut which served the front of house, at the back was a smaller 2.4m x 2.4m (I would have personally had another 3m x 3m behind) as the kitchen and prep set up.

The red certainly stood out at the festivals which as you know that’s the main thing for a festival stalls to get the attention. The style of menu boards really made it feel like an authentic Indian street food set up.

Something that this stall required was the festival banners as in my opinion it’s the high banners that make you the money.

The feedback was amazing from organisers and customers of their set up but all down to the hard work and organisation of Dhaba Catering.
