Chelsea FC wanted to create an outdoor street food experience within the grounds around the stadium. It needed to be a low-cost set up with the capability of serving high output to keep up with the demand of the crowds. First they initially hired one to test run and gauge the response form customers with samples and a questionnaire. The street food stall was set up inside the food hall and it was such a success the project went ahead.

With three 2.4m square Big Kahuna Street food gazebos their team created 3 street food concepts – chicken, burgers and bangers!

Even though the stalls are flat pack and pop up in 5 minutes once constructed they are extremely solid and strong. Perfect for holding off and creating a barrier from a pushing crowd while serving. If you have ever done festival catering this is something you will experience too.

These where made for a football club who wanted to start there own street food experience. All where made with wood work tops and sneeze guards they went down a storm.
