Alplings is a vegetarian bread based dumpling, and serve their dumplings up in Edinburgh’s street food scene. You need to try them! We made this stall using cedar wood shingles and I think you will agree a fantastic unique look. The smell of the cedar wood is something else adding to the rustic feel of this unit. The mobile food stall is a ‘Medium’ which is 2.4m x 1.8m in size perfect for 1 or 2 people. Martin the owner says he is completely set up in 40 minutes ready to serve which is quite something! The big kahuna hut was supplied with two stainless steel counters, the one on the front being a lower cooking counter. This allows cooking equipment to be set at the right height for the chef. We supplied Aplings street food stall with two folder burners, a 4 pot bain marie and a water boiler at the back of the side counter over the small sink.

Craig and the Team are fab. Bought my hut now three years ago and we are always dressed to impressed since then. Whoop whoop!!!
